Jennifer L. Webb
Jennifer L. Webb, an associate in the law firm of Shivers, Gosnay & Greatrex, LLC, focuses her practice on the representation of community associations. Ms. Webb manages the firm’s collection practice and advises community associations on matters including daily operations, the creation and enforcement of restrictive covenants and regulations, and fair housing compliance. Currently, she serves on the Regional Council Board for the Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Chapter of Community Associations Institute.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Webb served as counsel for community associations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition, she provided representation in personal injury matters. She graduated from The College of New Jersey, magna cum laude and received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University in Camden. During her time at Rutgers University, Ms. Webb participated in the Domestic Violence Program, offering legal services to domestic violence survivors, and was a contributing member to the Rutgers Journal of Law & Urban Policy.
Ms. Webb was born and raised in Burlington and currently resides in Springfield Township with her husband and children. She was elected to the Board of Education in Springfield Township in 2015 and currently holds that position.
